Our Leading Partner, Muhamad Akmal Arif Bin Shamsul Kahar, is the recipient of The Emerging Leaders of the Year 2019 by the Leadership Excellence Awards, officiated by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development Malaysia. Since establishing ASKCO in 2016, he has spearheaded the firm’s involvement in several of Malaysia’s high-profile corporate transactions while building a strong reputation for championing SMEs and corporations both locally and internationally. Our other partners, Ainur Rabiatuadiyiwah and Mohamad Taufik Othman, each bring over a decade of diverse legal experiences to the firm.
